Six weeks of hard skills training
Participants in this course are trained in a fully-equipped computer lab, and acquire a broad set of Microsoft 13 skills, including Word and Excel. This training prepares participants for a variety of positions in many businesses. Graduates with sufficient skill level and commitment are encouraged to take the extra two weeks of training to qualify for the Microsoft certification examination, which can assist in securing employment with a higher level of pay.

Employers who hire New Hope graduates operate in the fields of accounting, education, hospitality, retail, utilities, sales, human resources, transportation, customer service and more.
Graduates are employed in a variety of positions, such as: administrative assistant, problem resolution specialist, assistant manager, film operator, sales representative, sales consultant, corporate trainer, school aide, receptionist, customer service representative, manager, front desk clerk, store clerk, staffing coordinator and human resources staffer.
According to the Georgia Department of Labor, all the jobs in these areas are projected to grow in metro Atlanta by 2% annually for the next five years.
A number of graduates have secured promotions and significant pay raises with their first employer. Others have moved to a better position with another company.
