Maxie is responsible for curriculum development and implementation at New Hope. He is a graduate of the STRIVE Academy in New York, N.Y, and trained at STRIVE National Headquarters in Harlem, New York, where he became versed in job readiness and attitudinal training techniques.

Maxie has well over twenty years experience in administrative management, corporate sales, sales management, and in working with non-profit organizations.

He had a successful career in wholesale, retail, and telecom prior to agreeing to become a part of the New Hope team.
